We get numerous phone calls and emails asking us how potential church planters can partner with Glocalnet and NorthWood Church.  The process is now more simple than ever before!

STEP ONE
Take the online pre-assessment at www.churchplanterprofiles.com - You must complete the entire assessment (For the “Strength Finders” part of the test, you will need to go purchase the Strength Finders book and enter the results yourself).  The cost is $79 for the entire assessment… an investment that is worth every penny if you’re thinking about starting a new church!  When you go to the site and create a profile, please enter “Glocalnet” as your agency.  If you have already completed this with another agency, please send a zip file of your results .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  Once you complete the assessment, please send a notification email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with a brief description of you, your family, and your calling.

STEP TWO
Attend our Modular Trainings.  We have four key components to everything we teach which are; Kingdom, Disciple, Society, and Church - based upon Bob’s book “The Multiplying Church”
These modules are designed so that even those planters who live far away can come in for a training and only be gone from home for 2 days or so.  More details regarding the modular trainings coming soon.

STEP THREE
In-depth assessment with one of our approved assessment centers.  This is an church planting specific assessment for both you and your spouse.  They can take anywhere from 4 hours to 4 days.  For a list of approved assessment centers, please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

We also highly recommend an international trip with Bob Roberts or NorthWood staff to witness our work in Vietnam firsthand.  Every church planter in recent years will tell you that the trip to Vietnam has been the key to the entire training.  We have many, many trips from NorthWood going at all times throughout the year and we have an office and full staff in Hanoi to help make every trip as worthwhile as possible.

KINGDOM
What is the Kingdom?

DISCIPLE
Making disciples is a command from Jesus himself.  So, how do you make disciples?  Are you making disciples? If so, what are their weaknesses and strengths?  When starting a new church, how you make disciples is key!  In the Disciple Module, we will discuss what it means to both be and make a disciple of the Kingdom.

SOCIETY
Engagement of society isn’t an after-thought or add-on ministry.  It should be the life-blood of every church and individual disciple.  While some people “get saved” and extract themselves (or their disciples) out of society, we insert our disciples directly back into society to make a Kingdom impact.  We’ll discuss how to do that in the Society Model.

CHURCH
It seems everywhere you turn today, people are talking about the church.  From Church growth, to church health and being missional - “church” seems to be the hot topic.  But what, exactly, is the church?  How does one ensure that they are planting a healthy, Kingdom-minded church?  And what does it mean to be “missional” anyway?
