I can’t wait and I want to encourage not just NorthWood but anyone in the DFW area that wants to be a part of a live recording for our first ever NorthWood worship CD.  We’ve been singing some of the new songs the past few Sundays and they’re awesome.  Our band, our singers, and our congregation will get to do it.  I’ve been asked by Brent Minter to do a solo and I can’t wait.  I’ve got down a new rendition called “Jesus got a big home and if you mama ain’t in it you won’t be happy!”  Another song I wrote is, “Ride, ride, ride that big horsey you Texas Jesus follower all the way to glory land!”  It’s a surprise song and I’ve brought in my own special musicians for that.  I met them downtown Fort Worth singin’ some songs and they picked up my song writing really good.  I have also written 3 poems about God that will make you cry and one about my pet goat Eddie that is as humorous as you can imagine.  It’s about goat milking in the early morning when your hands are cold - that’s all I’ll say for now. 

Some of this is true and some is not - to find out which part is true come Saturday night and you’ll find out!!!!
