This past week we’ve been doing some intense evaluation at our church with our staff.  We each have done 360’s, along with meeting with a consultant.  Both staff and church members have critiqued us.  How do you know when it’s really been good?

1.  When 3 people say pretty close to the same thing.

2.  When you are told something that needs to be “fixed” that you hadn’t seen before - you start out resistant - and the more you look at it - the more you recognize - this is big.

3.  When you are driven to your knees because you know you are not enough to do what needs to be done.

4.  When you’re shown something, challenged with it - and the person who challenges you offers to help - that’s good.

5.  When you finally discover all the good things your mom said about you weren’t true after all - but you still have a little hope.
